Happiness is home-made (in just few easy steps):

What you'll need: 2 Eggs, Water, Sunflower/Coconut Oil, Yoghurt

Prepare your pan: Whisk two eggs in a bowl then add organic cold-pressed coconut or sunflower oil. Pour water in and stir well.

Bake away:

1. Slowly combine dry premix (packet 1) with the wet ingredients.
2. Mix until it forms a flowing consistency.
3. Grease an 8 inches/20 cm cake pan with ghee or cold-pressed coconut/sunflower oil.
4. Place a butter paper, pour the batter, tap twice or thrice to remove air bubbles.
5. Preheat the oven to 180'°C for 10 minutes.
6. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes (at 180'°C).
7. Check the centre with a toothpick or knife after 25 minutes. If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
8. Allow the cake to cool at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes.
9. Once cooled, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a plate.

Don't forget the frosting:

1. Mix 100 ml thick yoghurt with frosting ingredients (packet 2) until runny.
2. Spread on the cake.
